My husband, Pete, and I raised 2 sons in Brea and I’ve been a Realtor since 1999. I worked for a large well-known Corporate real estate company for 16 years and in mid-2015 made the move to Reliance Real Estate Services and have never looked back. Reliance is like a family, and I already knew many of the excellent agents whom I had worked with during transactions over the years. I’m fortunate to work with so many professional, honest, and experienced Agents who support each other. We also have an experienced and helpful manager, Jasen Randall.
My 17 years as a Realtor encompasses both seller’s markets as well as buyer’s markets and even a few bear markets. This experience has given me the ability to guide both buyer’s and seller’s to make the best decisions that lead to a successful closing. My 17 years of experience has also given me the ability to foresee problems that might occur during a transaction and deal with those right away. It is my goal to educate my clients and guide them, with hand holding when necessary, through the home buying/selling process.
Real-Estate Experience
I am very knowledgeable about Brea and the surrounding North Orange County cities such as Anaheim, Fullerton, Orange, Placentia, and Yorba Linda. My experience also includes Riverside, San Bernardino, and Los Angeles counties, especially La Habra and Whittier. It is very important to select a Realtor who listens intently to what you want and has the patience and passion to guide you through the process. My focus is on my client’s needs and building good relationships. Also, my ethical standards along with negotiating skills go far beyond just making the sale. I strive to give you peace of mind by working hard behind the scenes to resolve potential problems, while keeping you informed at each step. My passion is to help make your real estate transaction as smooth and as stress-free as possible, while negotiating the best possible financial deal.
Education and Background
My education includes a BA in Liberal Studies from Cal State University Fullerton and completion of my Masters coursework in Elementary education to obtain a K-12 teaching credential. After completing my student teaching, I realized that teaching was not my calling. Soon after our marriage, I was a full-time mom to 2 sons until they were old enough for me to return to work. My husband encouraged me to become a Realtor and it has turned out to be a great career for me. I love almost every aspect about the Real Estate business, and although I typically list as many homes as representing buyer’s, I especially enjoy the relationship building part of the business that often happens more with buyer’s since so much more time is spent with them. Many of my real estate transactions have resulted in lifetime friendships with people who are dear to my heart.
What I Value and Giving Back
The most important thing in my life is my Faith. I’ve been a Christian since 1991 and am a “Prayer Warrior”. With hundred’s of transactions completed over the years, only 4 have fallen out of escrow. My belief is this is due due to my faithful and consistent prayer for each transaction. I have been attending Fullerton EV Free since 1984, and I’ve volunteered in many ministries over the years. Currently, I’m serving in the following ministries:
- HOST Ministry, where I serve 1-2x per month during Bereavement Services
- TLC (Tender Loving Care) Ministry, where I prepare gift bags for a program through Fullerton High School District that encourages high school mom’s with babies, or pregnant students, to continue their education and graduate from High School
- AOK (Acts of Kindness) Ministry, where I help to cook meals 1-2x month that are served to homeless families in the community
- ACTS 2 Community Fellowship Class, where I serve on the leadership team.
Why Select Me as Your Realtor?
My life would not be complete without using my “gift of helping others” that God has given me!! I would love for you to consider me as your Realtor, so that I can help make your dream of homeownership or selling your home come true.
